When you can request a refund
Paid plans are currently closed. Once payments open, you can request a refund for a duplicate charge or if the paid service was not delivered. Other refund and withdrawal rights under applicable law and Creem’s Buyer Terms still apply.
How to request a refund
Contact SameFormat at [support email pending] or use the merchant contact on your Creem receipt. Include your purchase email, the order reference and what happened. Please omit card details and confidential workbooks. If the issue remains unresolved, you can contact Creem through its Customer Portal. Creem processes refunds for purchases through its checkout.
Stopping the next charge
Once subscriptions are available, the planned cancellation route is Manage subscription in your account. It will open the Creem Customer Portal so you can cancel before your renewal date. Request a refund separately if you are seeking reimbursement for a payment already made. [Effective date pending.]
