Terms of Service

Who provides the service
SameFormat is provided by Ninghao Wang, an independent developer. These terms govern your use of the website and workspace. If you use SameFormat on behalf of a business, you must be authorised to act for that business. For help, contact [support email pending].
What the service does
The workspace is currently closed to the public. When it opens, users can upload an .xlsx workbook, choose a source and target language, and download a translated .xlsx file. The service translates readable cell text and aims to keep the original layout. It does not translate text embedded in images. If a cell cannot be translated or written back reliably, it may retain the original text.
Review your quotations before sending
AI translations can contain errors. Before relying on a translated workbook or sending it to a buyer or supplier, compare it with the original. Check prices, currencies, units, specifications, formulas and trade terms. Keep a copy of the original and download your translated files before the storage period ends.
Your files and permitted use
You retain your rights in the files you upload. You authorise SameFormat and its service providers to process those files to provide the service. Upload only files you are authorised to share for translation. Protect your login credentials. You may not bypass usage limits, automate abusive requests, upload malware, or use the service to produce sexually explicit or suggestive content, harassment, or other harmful or unlawful material. Plans and payment
The pricing page shows planned monthly prices, character allowances, storage limits and file retention periods. Paid plans are currently closed. Estimated translation counts depend on file length. When checkout is available, the amount, currency, applicable taxes and billing interval shown at checkout will apply. Creem will act as the merchant of record for purchases made through Creem. Those purchases will be governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms, which prevail for conflicts concerning the purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Once monthly subscriptions are available, they will renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. The planned cancellation route is Manage subscription in your account, which will open the Creem Customer Portal. Paid access normally continues to the end of the current paid period after cancellation. See the Refund Policy for a charge already made.
Service changes and account restrictions
We may suspend access to protect other users or the service, or in response to misuse or a legal obligation. If a material change affects a paid plan, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. [Effective date pending.]
